One of the dynamics I want to positively influence is the health of the people around me. At the same time, I want to help myself and my family. Health, or longevity, if you will, is a big topic for me. Among other things, I like the idea that the founders of Dreamy came up with.
We have already learned that it is good to eat healthily, and we have also learned to exercise. However, we often forget that we spend a third of our lives in bed. At night, we should regenerate, relax, and recharge our batteries for another great day. The quality of our sleep is directly proportional to what we sleep on. This has been demonstrated by global studies from renowned independent institutions.
Dreamy Europe: Healthy Sleep as a Mission
Dreamy Europe‘s vision is to teach Czechs to sleep well and thus be healthier and happier. It develops and manufactures mattresses, pillows, beds, and other products under its own brand that help people with various difficulties. Dreamy has its own stores and supplies a wide network of retailers.
What You Can Do for Better Sleep Today
The simplest thing you can do for healthy sleep is free. It’s a set of rules that I apply so that I can wake up happy and rested to start a new day. I’ll talk about these rules, which work for me, later.
What I find important is to pay attention to what I sleep on. I didn’t know how important it was until I tried it. For example, when my head is working at 100%, their cooling pillows and mattresses help me slightly lower my body temperature, which helps me relax much better. It’s an incredible feeling when I lie down and feel my racing, overheated head calm down and get ready to relax.

From a business perspective, investing in Dreamy is also a new way to learn about retail and its principles. Honestly, it’s a very different industry from eCommerce.
But my experience in eCom and other areas is a valuable fit with the founders’ knowledge. Even though the discussions are sometimes very heated, in the end, we share a common goal: to help people sleep healthily and be happier.
