Podcast Byznys nářez: When You Lose Everything… Will You Build It Again?

I was a guest on the Byznys nářez podcast with Ing. Lucie Libovická and Mgr. Daniela Kolomazníková, MBA. And it turned out to be a conversation where I said some things out loud for the very first time.

Like the moment I told myself: I am ready to lose everything. It did not sound frightening. Quite the opposite. There was an enormous sense of freedom in it. Because if you have built something once, you can build it again. And probably better.

We talked about what it feels like to sell a company you have been building for 16 years, why I spent the year before the exit intensively studying capital markets, and how to recognise when you have become more of a brake than an engine in your own company. We also touched on why entrepreneurs often have a dangerously high appetite for risk, how I now experiment with building new projects from scratch alongside existing businesses, and why I believe most companies today are boycotting AI out of fear rather than looking for opportunities.

This is not a motivational talk. These are the experiences of someone who has truly lived through entrepreneurship. With all the falls, nerves, risks and wins. And who is at the same time looking forward to the next long chapter.
